  • 8 oz fettuccine or linguine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  2. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente; drain and reserve some pasta water.

  4. Add garlic and lemon zest to the skillet; sauté until fragrant.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and lemon juice, scraping up any bits from the pan. Stir until combined.
  6. Slice cooked chicken and return it to the skillet along with drained pasta. Toss everything together, adding reserved pasta water as needed for desired creaminess.
