  • ½ cup fresh basil leaves, torn
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice the cucumbers into half-moons or rounds.
  2. Halve each cherry tomato to enhance sweetness.
