- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp ketchup

Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
- Transfer the beef to a crockpot and add diced onion, minced garlic, diced potatoes, sliced carrots, and beef broth.
- Season with mustard, ketchup, salt, and pepper; stir well.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until vegetables are tender.
- About 30 minutes before serving, stir in milk or heavy cream and shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
