  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs

  • 2 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)
  • 4 burger buns or pita bread

Instructions

  1. Chop chicken breasts into small pieces and place in a food processor.
  2. Add garlic, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper. Pulse until combined but textured.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and gently fold in panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Shape into patties about ¾ inch thick, placing them on parchment paper.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook patties for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown.
