  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  4. Cook the pasta: While sautéing, cook fettuccine as per package directions. Reserve some pasta water before draining.
  5. Combine: Slice chicken and return to skillet with cooked pasta and torn basil. Add reserved pasta water as needed to create a silky sauce.
  6. Serve: Plate hot with Parmesan cheese and additional basil for garnish.
