- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 8 corn or flour tortillas
- Optional toppings: shredded cheese, sour cream, avocado slices, salsa
Instructions
- Prep your ingredients by chopping onion and garlic.
- Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker; sprinkle taco seasoning over them. Add chopped onion and garlic, then pour in chicken broth.
