Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 oz noodles (rice or egg)
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup carrots, thinly sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey or sugar
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, sliced

  2. Boil water in a pot and cook the noodles according to package directions until tender (3-5 minutes). Drain and set aside.
