- 1 cup natural peanut butter
- ½ cup honey or maple syrup
- ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or dark)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the peanut butter and honey together, stirring continuously for about 2-3 minutes.
- Once melted, remove from heat and mix in rolled oats, cocoa powder, salt, and vanilla until fully combined.
- Fold in half of the chocolate chips until slightly melted into the mixture.
- Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper. Pour the mixture into the pan and press down firmly to create an even layer.
- Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on top and refrigerate for at least one hour until firm before cutting into squares.
