  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and ¼ cup sugar until well combined. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan and bake for 10 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add remaining sugar, sour cream, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla; mix until creamy.
  4. Incorporate eggs one at a time on low speed and gently fold in blueberries.
  5. Pour the filling over the cooled crust and bake for 25-30 minutes until set around the edges. Let cool before refrigerating for at least four hours.
