- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- For the Glaze:
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a loaf pan with parchment paper or cooking spray.
- Sauté chopped onion in a skillet until translucent, about 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, sautéed onions, garlic, gochujang paste, soy sauce, and brown sugar. Mix gently without overworking.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf in the prepared pan.
- For the glaze, mix ketchup and sesame oil (add more gochujang if desired) and spread it over the meatloaf.
