  • 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cans (14.5 oz each) diced tomatoes
  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, parsley, onion, egg, salt, and pepper until just combined.
