Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, combine melted butter and cocoa powder until smooth. Mix in sugar, then add eggs one at a time, blending well after each addition.
- Gently fold in flour and vanilla extract until just combined.
- In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until creamy. Add an egg and mix until smooth.
- Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared dish, spread the cheesecake mixture over it, then dollop the remaining brownie batter on top. Swirl gently with a knife.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until edges are set but the center jiggles slightly. Cool completely before slicing.
