- 8 oz Boursin cheese
- 2 cups fresh spinach (washed and chopped)

- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Chop spinach and mince garlic.

- Lower heat, add Boursin cheese, stirring until creamy. If needed, add a splash of pasta water.
- Coat the chicken in sauce, simmer for another minute before serving.
