  • 2 cups diced Granny Smith apples

Instructions

  3. In another bowl, cream softened butter with granulated and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time.
  4. Gradually fold in the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in diced apples.
  6. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan and sprinkle with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
