- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 8 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream (or half-and-half)
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1 cup onions, diced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Prep your ingredients by chopping bell peppers and onions.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear seasoned chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

- Add cooked pasta and Parmesan cheese into the sauce mixture, stirring gently until well combined. Adjust consistency with reserved pasta water if needed.
