  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tsp black pepper (freshly cracked)
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp fresh herbs (thyme or rosemary) – Optional

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, lemon juice, brown sugar, and black pepper until well combined.
