- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tsp black pepper (freshly cracked)
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp fresh herbs (thyme or rosemary) – Optional
Instructions
