- 8 oz penne pasta
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 2 cups freshly shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Dice the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
