  • ½ cup jelly or jam (your choice)

Instructions

  2. Mash the ripe bananas in a large bowl until smooth.
  3. Mix in peanut butter, sugar, and eggs until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, sift together flour, baking soda, and salt.

  6. Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan, add dollops of jelly on top, swirl gently with a knife, then repeat with remaining batter.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes until golden brown; a toothpick should come out clean.
