  • 24 oz frozen pierogis (cheese or potato filling)
  • 14 oz smoked kielbasa, sliced
  • 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare ingredients by chopping the onion and slicing the kielbasa.
  2. Layer half of the frozen pierogis at the bottom of the crockpot.
  3. Add half of the kielbasa and onions over the pierogis.
  4. In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth; pour over layered ingredients.
  5. Top with remaining pierogis, kielbasa, onions, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until bubbly.
