Instructions

  6. Gently fold in chocolate chips.
  7. For the cheesecake filling, blend softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth.
  8. Scoop cookie dough onto parchment-lined baking sheets; create an indentation in each ball and fill with cheesecake mixture before covering with more dough.
