Ingredients

  • 1 cup pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 15 slices pepperoni
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface to about ¼ inch thick.
  3. Cut out circles of dough, approximately 4 inches in diameter.
  4. Place pepperoni slices and mozzarella cheese on half of each circle; sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  5. Fold dough over and seal edges with fingers or a fork.
  6. Spray each pocket lightly with olive oil.
  7. Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
