  • 2 cups cannellini or great northern beans (canned, drained)
  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 can (4 oz) green chilies (diced)
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 8 oz cream cheese (cubed)
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro (optional)
  • 1 medium onion (chopped)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Juice of 1 lime

Instructions

  1. Sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil over medium heat until translucent.
  2. Add the chicken breasts and brown slightly on both sides.
  3. Stir in the chicken broth, green chilies, cumin, and white beans; mix well.
