- 8 oz spaghetti (regular or whole wheat)
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes (no-salt-added)
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped (any color)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup water
- Parmesan cheese for topping
Instructions
- Chop the onion and bell pepper into bite-sized pieces.
- Layer the chicken in the bottom of a crockpot. Add cream of mushroom soup, diced tomatoes, veggies, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and water.
- Stir gently to combine without disturbing the chicken too much.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, add uncooked spaghetti to the pot and stir gently until submerged.
- Serve topped with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
