- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1-inch piece ginger root, peeled and minced
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 6 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 packs (6 oz each) instant ramen noodles
- 1 cup sliced green onions (both green and white parts)
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1 cup chopped bell peppers
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients by chopping the vegetables and dicing the garlic and ginger.
- Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot. Add minced garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and chicken broth over the chicken.
