  • 12 oz apple chicken sausage, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh apples (like Fuji or Honeycrisp), cubed
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 cup aged Gouda cheese, shredded

Instructions
