  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp poultry seasoning
  • Nonstick cooking spray

Instructions

  2. Chop the chicken into bite-sized pieces and blanch the broccoli in boiling water for about 2 minutes until bright green.
